My Policy

Hello, my name is Kevia & I will be responsible for your new lash look. Policy: please read before booking!! 1. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will need to reschedule and deposit will be non-refundable (no exceptions!!!) 2. "No call-no show " will result in half payment of service or will be banned from booking future appointments. 3.Appointments are only eligible to be rescheduled with the same deposit if client reschedules 24 hours before original APPOINTMENT!!! (only allowed once) 4.Please come with a clean face(no makeup/eyeliner/oil face) 5. No extra people 6. Please cancel or reschedule if your feeling under the weather 7.No cell phones while being serviced. 8.Squeeze-in/same day appointments require an additional $25 Fee. 9.Late night/Early morning(anything outside of business hours, before 9am or after 4pm) require an additional $50 fee.
